Role: Creative Director, Animator, Compositor
For six years, I had the privilege of serving as a Senior Animator and later as the Creative Director at Crew Cuts, a renowned post-production vendor based in New York City. At our studio, we provided editorial services for a range of advertising agencies, along with a number of direct-to-client partnerships.
At Crew Cuts, I provided creative ideation, oversight, and guidance to a team of full-time animators, compositors, and a roster of freelancers on an array of broadcast and commercial products.
Working alongside a team of over 50 editors, assistants, and specialists, we met and exceeded the creative expectations of the world’s largest networks, agencies, and brands. Notable clients we served include CVS, Comcast, HBO, Perrier, Campbell's, and Wendy's.
My responsibilities encompassed designing intricate 2D and 3D graphics, overseeing compositing and finishing workflows, and developing animation toolkits tailored for commercials, web platforms, and social media. This involved seamless collaboration with editors, producers, agency creatives, and client executives.
